Qince mobile applications and web pages (hereinafter referred to as "Qince") are our provided SaaS services. 3, Qince enterprise / organization user: refers to the enterprise or other organization authorized administrator or directly through the legal representative registered as Qince users, and through the administrator upload enterprise / organization staff address book enterprise / organization structure, open, manage and use Qince services on behalf of the enterprise / organization. Qince enterprise / organization users include but are not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships or individual industrial and commercial households, etc.

Qince Enterprise / Organization Administrator: refers to individual Qince users who, authorized or designated by Qince Enterprise / organization users, have the Qince Enterprise / Organization / user management platform system operation authority, open, manage and use Qince services on behalf of the enterprise / organization.

5. Qince individual user: refers to the individual users registered in the Qince account, including individual users with Qince enterprise / organization user administrator rights, and all individuals in the Qince enterprise / organization user address book.

6. Enterprise / organization control data: After your enterprise / organization opens and manages the Qince service, we collect the information and data submitted or generated by individual users during the process of using the Qince, including personal information.

7. Personal information: all kinds of information recorded and related to identified or recognizable natural persons electronically or otherwise, excluding anonymized information.

8. Sensitive personal information: refers to the personal information that may cause the infringement or illegal use of the personal dignity of natural persons or the harm of their personal and property safety. Sensitive personal information processed by Qince service includes ID number, track, personal biometric information (face, fingerprint), bank account number, property information, transaction information, etc. (we will significantly identify specific sensitive personal information in bold in this Privacy Policy).

9. Children: refers to a minor under the age of 14.

10. Personal information deletion: refers to the behavior of removing personal information in the system involved in the realization of daily business functions, so that it can not be retrieved and accessed.

Anonymization of personal information: through the technical processing of personal information, the subject of personal information cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be recovered.         1. Qince does not provide products or services to minors under the age of 18. Therefore, please confirm that when you agree to accept this policy and apply for the opening of relevant functions, we have reason to believe that you are a natural person with full capacity for civil rights and full civil capacity and can independently bear civil liabilities. If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately stop applying for the Service.

 

2. Qince is an enterprise-level digital business platform based on SaaS (software as a service). In this policy, we will tell you the scope of personal information, collection purpose and collection method of each function, and the possible results of the refusal to provide personal information. Please know that if the user refuses to provide the necessary corresponding information to implement each function, it cannot continue to use any functions of the Qince.

 

3. This policy will explain to you the device authority that QC may need to retrieve, the purpose of the call or its corresponding business functions, whether to ask before the call, and the way the user closes the corresponding permission. Please know that after you agree to this policy, the corresponding equipment authority will not be opened by default. When important or sensitive equipment authority is involved, we will open it again after obtaining your consent when you use the corresponding business functions. After the permission is enabled, you can also set the permission is closed through the device at any time. If you do not agree to open the permission, it will not affect the normal use of other non-related business functions.

 

4. Please note that you provide us with the personal information of any other person except you for your business needs. You should ensure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant personal information subject before processing this personal information.

 This policy applies to Qince's own products and services, including Qince client and Qince's official website (China.com) and integrate some Qince functions / services as third-party services in third-party intelligent hardware, software or services (collectively referred to as "Qince Services", subject to the services provided by Qince service providers).

 

        Specifically, this privacy policy does not apply to other third party through the web page or Qince client directly to your services (generally referred to as "third party services"), such as you through Qince client binding personal alipay treasure (wallet) and WeChat payment to realize the payment, transfer and other related functions, such as you choose to use Qince map positioning, OCR identification, electronic signature, integral mall, training test services, all by the third party service provider to provide services to you. 1. Register as an individual Qince user

Qence temporarily not open to individual users, you need to register through enterprise / organization user administrator to create individual user account for you, you belong to enterprise / organization user administrator need to Qince your mobile phone number and name, so that we provide you with IM chat (instant messaging), mobile authentication, real-name authentication, SMS notification service such basic services, otherwise you will not be able to use Qince service. Registered as Qince individual users, you can further provide avatar, post, position, residence, gender, birthday, country / region, address, entry date, telephone, email, QQ number, WeChat ID, seal pictures such personal basic information, if you do not provide such personal basic information, will not affect your use of Qince basic services.

 

2. Register as a Qince enterprise / organization user

 To register as a Qince enterprise / organization user, So that we provide Qince services based on the employment and management behavior of your business / organization, Including Qince staff management services (including staff address book, staff attendance, leave management, enterprise announcement information, management approval, daily, enterprise document management, enterprise group chat), Qince sales management services (including visiting customers, shop, shelf photo), Qince channel distribution management services (channel order entry, channel inventory, sales report, expense declaration), To realize the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprise / organizational channels, You need to provide your enterprise / organization name to create a Qince enterprise / organization account, Otherwise you will not be able to enterprise / organize to register Qince Enterprise / Organization users and use Qince services.

 

After registering as a Qince enterprise / organization user, you must further provide information about the enterprise / organization location, industry type, and personnel size, otherwise you will not be able to use Qince's basic services. If you need to get more rights and interests (such as electronic signature opening), the enterprise / organization of your enterprise / organization administrator to provide specific information and information on behalf of the enterprise / organization to complete the Qince enterprise / organization certification, including certificate type, business license copy, unified social credit code, enterprise / organization name, address, legal representative name, legal representative id number, authentication letter such basic information.

 

(2) Collect personal information during using the Qince service

 

When you are using the Qence service process, In order to provide you with Qince services, interactive display, search results, and identify account abnormal status that better meet your needs, Maintain the proper operation of the Qince service, Improve and optimize Qince services and secure your account, We may collect the following personal information, And to associate the collected personal information, Please understand that, These information is the basic equipment information and network information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of the products, You can also restrict our collection of certain information by setting permissions, However, it may affect the effectiveness and safety of our services provided.

We collect information submitted or generated when you use Qince Services as a personal user of Qince, and information you voluntarily provided or generated when you use Qince as an individual user of Qince.

(1) When you use the functions of attendance punching, check in / sign out, maintaining customer information, reporting all kinds of purchase, sales and storage data, we may collect your location information according to the needs of your enterprise, so as to let the enterprise know where you reported the information at that time;

(2) When you use the functions related to personal real-name authentication and enterprise real-name authentication, we need to collect your name, ID number and mobile phone number information to verify the authenticity of the information;

(3) When you use the face punch card service, we need to collect your facial features information, in order to achieve the true identity verification.

 

2. Equipment information

 We will receive and record the information about your equipment (such as unique device identifier, International Mobile User Identification Code (IMSI) software and hardware feature information) according to the specific permission you granted in the software installation and use.

(1) When you need us to assist you in handling the software failure, we will collect your equipment model, operating system version, and equipment settings based on your consent, otherwise we will not collect such information about you.

(2) When you complete the Qince account authentication, we need to collect your mobile phone number to verify your identity with the operator;

(3) When you complete the Qince account authentication, we need to collect your device identifier, in order to realize the function of device and account binding.

 

3. Log information

 When you use the products / services provided by our clients, we will automatically collect and retain your details of our services, including your IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time, approval log information, attendance log information, payment information, data change operation log information, as a network log to meet the relevant legal requirements.

 

Note that while separate device information and log information cannot identify the identity of a particular natural person, such information can be used when combined with other information. Therefore, such information is still regarded as personal information. Except for your authorization or otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and deidentify such personal information.

 

4. Location information

         When you use the clock attendance, location track, intelligent discovery, customer visit, super form, process approval, data report, clues follow up, business follow up, promotion tasks, check scoring service, we will collect your location information, including your device IP address, GPS / beidou location information and Wi-Fi access point, bluetooth and base station sensor information, so that you do not need to manually input geographic coordinates to obtain related services.

 

        Before you first use Qce, we will ask you for permission to collect and under your location. You can select whether to collect and how to collect your location information (including GNSS information, WIFI address and signal strength information, base station ID data information, sensor information) and the mobile phone signal strength information. If you refuse Qince to automatically collect your location information, you will need to manually locate your location to use the above services.

 

5. Enterprise / organization control data

Enterprise / Organization The Enterprise / organizational control data that we will collect includes:

(1) The position, ID number, subordinate department, position, superior, leader, organization leader, resident location, log date, dealer, store information assigned to you by your enterprise / organization;

(2) In order to complete the attendance, approval, check-in and log functions opened by your enterprise / organization for daily operation and management, you provide or generate face recognition base map, facial features, sign-in face photos, geographical location, attendance card information, approval records, release log information, and document information.

(3) If your enterprise / organization administrator choose to open, manage and use Qince address book service, enterprise / organization users may submit or ask you to provide the following personnel information: your identity information (name, birthday, inauguration date), enterprise information (department, position, rank, entry date, employee number), and the contact information of enterprise and your personal (mobile phone, fixed telephone, email).

(4) If your enterprise / organization administrator chooses to open the "Location track" service for you, we will collect your location information on the premise of your separate consent.

 

 You understand and agree that the personal information processor of the above enterprise / organization control data, we only collect and use the above enterprise / organization control data according to the requirements of the enterprise / organization user administrator, and will not exceed the requirements of the enterprise / organization users, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

 

We will require enterprise / organization through agreement means such as enterprise / organization before upload enterprise / organization communication information, or require the corresponding enterprise / organization individual users to submit personnel information, external business contact information, on the basis of fully informed individual users, obtain informed consent of individual users, and require enterprise / organization users to collect the necessary personal information.

 

(3) The personal information that you have voluntarily provided to us

 

1. Problem feedback

When you provide us with the problems and difficulties you encountered in using Qince, in order to help us better understand your experience and needs and improve our products or services, we will collect your feedback on your questions and your contact information, so that we can give feedback to you on the processing results.

 

2. Customer service and dispute settlement

 When you through our customer service phone or other contact contact us and for sale, after-sales service requirements, or have disagreement on our processing, to ensure the security of your account and system, we need you to provide enterprise account, enterprise name, personal name, department, mobile phone number to check your user identity.

 

To help you to solve the problem as soon as possible, we will collect your communication / call records and related content (including account information, work order information, other information provided by you to prove the relevant facts, you leave contact information, solutions and processing results), if you for specific document records for consultation, complaints or advice, we will save your account information and documents record information. Please be more careful about whether you need to publish before using the Qince information release feature. In addition, please note that if the information you publish involves personal information about children, you need to obtain the consent of the corresponding child's guardian before publication.

 

(4) Personal information that we collect through a third party

 

 We may collect your personal information from other individual users, authorized partners, or other legal means.

 

 When other individual users conduct operations related to you, we will collect the personal information related to you in that operation.

 

         When you use the enterprise payment service, we need to collect your account information (including nickname, profile picture and account name) through wechat and Alipay to bind the payment account. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, prevent fraud, gambling and other risks, and maintain the safe and stable operation of Qince service and payment related functions, we need to collect the user identification information of your actual payment account from WeChat and Alipay.

 

When you use real-name authentication and electronic contract services, we will collect your identity information (including name, ID number, mobile phone number, bank card number) through e-sign treasure, so as to realize personal real-name authentication or enterprise real-name authentication, and realize online electronic contract signing.

After your consent, share with payment partners: When you realize payment functions such as payment, transfer and payment through the personal payment of Qince client and enterprise office payment function, You agree that we can provide the basic personal information (UserID, profile picture, nickname) and identity information (name) related to your Qince account to the payment service provider (such as WeChat / Alipay), so as to open or bind the payment service account; You agree that during the opening period of the above payment function, Authorize us to obtain the payment account information (including nickname, profile picture, account name) that you bind to log in the Qince account, Otherwise, you will not be able to use payment related functions such as receipt, payment and transfer. When using the payment service provider's payment-related services, you should read and abide by the service agreements and rules provided by the payment service provider.

 

 In order to complete your Qence order payment, you need to provide the payment account and choose the payment method, we will bind the payment account, payment account, order payment related information, order security related equipment information, international mobile user identification code (IMSI) and other anti-money laundering law requirements necessary information through the payment company software tool development package (SDK) embedded in the application.

 If you choose to provide you with payment services by any other financial institution, we will also share your necessary bank card payment information, including "bank card number, validity period, name, name pinyin, and security code", with the corresponding financial institution you choose.

 

 In order to enable us to timely know and confirm your payment progress and status, and provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we can collect information related to the payment progress from your selected transaction object, payment company or other financial institution of your choice.
